I've passed over this lovely Milly dress a few times, but while I'm on the subject of ruffles, I just could not help but revisit it. So classy, this not-so-basic black dress is perfect for cocktail hour and dancing through the night. Feel free to play around with bright shoes, I'd love to see some red worked in here.
