So I did the taste test to see if I could tell which sample was the Pikes Place brew and which was the Via Ready Brew. Now, my incredibly sensitive palate could sense a very tiny difference in the two... the Via Ready Brew was slightly less potent at the beginning but had the same overall punch as the Pikes Place brew at the end. Overall, it's definitely the best instant coffee I've ever tasted (and, being a college kid, I've tasted a LOT). The best part is that it makes cooking (most likely baking) with coffee even better! I'm definitely sold on this product.
