All of the books in this series are great - this is one of my favorites. Who couldn't use a 15 minute dose of meditation to start their day? The accompanying cd walks you through it and provides great imagery and visuals that will stick with you through out your day. Very accessible and appropriate for anyone who is interested in meditation, no matter how experienced or novice.

A Morning Cup of Meditation provides a great opportunity to start your day with a breath of fresh air and a moment of clarity.
