The absolute best show on network TV! Each episode is better than the next (a rare thing on tv). I know this has been said before, but if you are a fan of Lost (I do admit I still Tivo Lost, the only reason being hopes of a naked Desmond....hehehehe) check out Heroes if you haven't already. This show delivers the goods baby, its not a big tease like Lost!

Not that TV shows are really that great, or will add much to our lives, but this is a pretty damn good show for when you need some distraction. Just a nice puzzle, good storylines, fairly decent actors, etc.

what does my family do for quality time on monday nights? we sit together and watch heroes. it's like lost...don't watch the first two minutes if you don't want to be sucked into its vortex and hooked.
