This machine is capable of performing over 20 exercises. Not to shabby considering the size of it. You can get a full body strength routine in easily with this. This is great for personal use.

This machine replaces the need for a barbell with its lever arm. Making it a safe and effective way to workout with free weights. The seat can be placed in a variety of positions, and will even pivot out of the way so you can do squats and rows. It provides over 20 free weight exercises, which is definitely good enough to get the job done.
