I'm usually not a one for short pleated dresses - a little too cheerleader / anime chic for me, and I can't pull off the fetish look with panache - but this little number is more Maggie Gyllenhaal-in-"Secretary" sophistcated fetishist than Sailor Moon, plus it's made of gorgeous deep slate cashmere to keep your uppers feeling toasty and your legs looking hot.
