This roaster pan is so solid and strong - you'll feel more confident and safe when placing and removing heavy foods in and out of the oven. I purchased this a few Thanksgiving's ago, and was so glad I did. Holds up to a 25 pound turkey and the rack allows you to remove the bird and have access to all the juices for making gravy.
