This is a low-pro faucet attachment that pumps air into outbound water. It conserves water and saves you money by giving the user a high pressure stream without having to turn the tap on full blast. And it only cost $2.

For $2.00, you can drastically reduce your water consumption. These easily slip onto your sink faucets, and add air to the water coming out. This means more pressure from less water, so you don't have to turn it onto full blast to get the pressure. (via Aswan)
