i found this flower bud in my garden. technically, these are morning glory flowers i preserved, made a mold of and then cast in sterling silver. the actual flower, however, is most often referred to as "bind weed" because the vining foliage wraps around everything and anything...and tries to kill it! you can pull it out, dig it out, whatever, but once a flower bloom appears: you (and your garden) are screwed! it it is almost impossible to get rid of because the more you cut it, the stronger it gets. so, i pulled it and cast it. the formerly white flower 3/4" bud looks stunning in sterling silver. this pendant is really pretty!
