Tiny homes, and they're not kidding. This one's 50 sf. But imagine it as a vacation home, or, if you're looking to scale down...

Tumbleweed tiny houses are a great way of living small, sustainable, and without paying mortgage or rent. These houses are so affordable that you can purchase the home, or buy the plans and build it yourself. Definably recommend this to anyone that wants to live a simple life, free up more time and money and live the life you want to live. (via Tumbleweed)

I adore the "Lusby" model of these little homes. It's portable, built on wheels, has shelving, desk space, small fire place and other amenities built in. Bedroom and lofts for sleeping or storage. If I had the money for it, I'd quite possibly be a proud tiny home owner ;)
