Anthony Baxter designed Sushi Time for Mint using white porcelain for the plate and lacquered cherry wood for the chopsticks.

From the top, Sushi Time resembles a clock that never moves. The center is a reservoir for soy sauce or any other dipping liquids you fancy.

The perfect plate for a quite perfect meal. A little sashimi on some brown rice - yum. Designed for artful presentation of your sushi, condiments and chopsticks. Smart depression in the center for SOy sauce. 2 pairs of chopstick that fit into 2 storage grooves.

This is such an awesome plate for sushi. I usually have to have separate tiny bowls for my wasabi and shoyu. That's not even necessary with this plate. Makes me want to eat sushi.
