when it comes to abs, you are working the core. what does that mean? it means, simply, that the stronger your abs are the stronger every body part gets stronger. yesterday, my daughter erin wanted to hit my abs. i told her to hit as hard as she could. the result, she hurt her hand. my point? i'm proud of my abs and how they contribute to every muscle is use. Great machine, recently used it and it really does work your abs. Had one of those ab machines you see on TV and it just wasn't doing the trick so switched and upgraded with the abcore junior. Now I wonder why I wasted all my money on all those cheap pieces of junk I had purchased!!! (via TJ Eddy)
