Great machine, recently used it and it really does work your abs. Had one of those ab machines you see on TV and it just wasn't doing the trick so switched and upgraded with the abcore junior. Now I wonder why I wasted all my money on all those cheap pieces of junk I had purchased!!! (via TJ Eddy)
