If you watched this in the theater and found yourself a little lost, then buy or rent the DVD, turn on the subtitles, sit back and enjoy -- between the subtitles and the audio -- all the dialog you didn't understand in the theater. The DVD's "background" track helped too. With the help of those crutches, I enjoyed it more the second time than the first.

Even if you've never seen the TV series, it's a pretty damn good movie. Scratch that, it's a Damn good movie. If you like westerns, zombie movies, or sci fi movies you'll like this movie.

I really enjoyed the Firefly series and recommend watching the whole series before watching this movie. The Serenity movie is like a great 2 hour episode of the series. A really great episode.
