    this would be a great XMAS gift for someone who has everything or anyone that likes to cook cajun food. I am thinking of getting this for my boyfriendn since he loves to fly fish wiht friends. I can only imagine the fun fish-fries they would have with this.

    This seems so unnecessary that I just have to recommend it. A gallon of Tabasco? I'd have to eat eggs every day for about 30 years in order to go through it. I'm not sure this is a must have, but I think it could make for a great novelty gift.
