Didn't even know one of these existed - but this must be the secret to restaurant meats tasting so good! Marinates not only add flavor, but soften even the toughest pieces of meat. This machine aids that process along, and does it in half the time. The barrel holds a large quantity of meats and chicken. Saves you money in the long run because you could be less expensive cuts of meat and infuse them with flavor.
