Sorapot is in stock and ready to ship! I designed Sorapot because I wanted to create a perfect window onto the process of tea leaves unfurling as they steep. The mesh filter between the front of the tube and the spout keeps leaves out of your cup while allowing them to circulate throughout the entire tube. This gives them plenty of room to unfurl, enhancing your tea's flavor. Sorapot is made from investment-cast stainless steel (the same process used to make both fine jewelry and aircraft components).

The Sorapot is here! If you haven't been following the process and progress of the Sorapot on NotCot, well, you should have been. This is one seriously cool tea pot. It's like having one giant, beautiful, clear infuser. It's super easy to use, and it's just gorgeous. And it makes the tea steeping gorgeous too. If you're a serious tea lover, you'll love this. This is one of the better looking teapots I have seen in a while. It adds a modern touch to an old tradition of tea drinking. Comes in two finishes (brushed is $200 and $250 for the mirror finish). I really like the brushed one. Hopefully santa (aka my husband) will bring me one for Christmas :)
