Got the G1 last week. Love it!
I think it is better than the iPhone and thats coming from a Mac girl!
I love that the apps are opensource and that there is a slideout keyboard in addition to the screen touchpad.

So it's coming, it's coming, it is almost here. The T-mobile G1, and no this is not the SideKick-G1. For $179 plus tax you will have your own 3G crossbreed of a iPhone and Sidekick.

So SK lovers, I think it is time for us to upgrade and move on. But before you think this is the perfect phone with Word, Excel, and other Office documents, so far the G1 isn't compatible with Microsoft Exchange, so no work e-mail compatibility. Boooooo!!!

But you know Google is working on that little flaw.

Gives me the freedom to forget about my computers for a while and access those web services that I need where ever I am. Some may call it ugly, I'd say it's a good honest piece of technology that just keeps giving.
