Good for desinging workflows, architecting, great alternative to Visio, must have Mac application

It's like Visio without the pain of Windows. It's actually better than Visio in some ways, like the ability to make your own shape on the fly. Plus, it makes it so much easier to make boring work diagrams really pretty. I think they're going to start taking away my color palette.

Incredible diagraming tool. Actually the first piece of software where the software controlled UI elements (guides, tabs and tips that pop up as you work) are actually a positive experience. I'll repeat this- this is the first application of any sort where I liked what the application was trying to do for me (my previous best experiences were applications that merely did not interfere with what I was trying to do).
