Gilt Groupe gets authentic designer apparel for men, women and even children and has a sale each day, starting at noon (EST time). It's first come, first served - once an item is gone, it's GONE, because the prices are often 70% below retail. They publish which brands they'll be selling a week in advance, so you can practice mouse maneuvers, memorize all your credit card details, and set your alarm clock. It also helps if you're an unusual size (-3, for example).

Be careful though - the 'buy it before it's gone' impulse is strong. While they do have a 14 day return policy, it's store credit only. However, once you see the brands they offer (many, and all good), you'll likely use any credit you get eventually.
