I have never been happy with the cooling coats available to show dogs. The ones you see at shows are either made of terry cloth or gel beads both are compeltely useless for keeping Maltese cool because they wet the coat and cause it to matt. I was very skeptical about using this product but have to say that as long as your dog is wrapped, it is a winner! You can keep dogs wrapped in their crates with this product and they stay cool until they are ready to go into the ring. IT actually helps protect the coat while keeping the dogs from overheating. I am in love. I'm recommending this vest from this site because the owner has very competitive pricing and many great products.
