The Catholic schoolgirl in me is WISHING knee-highs like these had been around when I went to grade school. Our starchy blue uniforms included stiff white blouses and white kneesocks, and in the winter we could wear those itchy TIGHTS (which had to be blue) ... and it would have been heavenly to have, well, comfort socks.
