America On the Move

Wow - I just ran across this today. It's a great FREE website that has tons of tools for anyone who wants to "take steps to a healthier life". And who doesn't want to do that??? The site allows you to track your activity level and food. The coolest thing I noticed is that when you start tracking your steps with a pedometer, you have the option of tracking your progress along a virtual route - The China Silk Road, or the Iditarod Trail, and it will tell you the average number of steps you need to take each day to finish the trail in 42 days (6 weeks). Pretty fascinating. Looks like it really has some great goal setting and accountability tools.
