I am now a slave to my Clarins 'delicious' self tanner. I never thought I would admit that in public. It doesn't turn me orange-y at all and is so natural looking that the lady at the cosmetics counter at Saks commented on how lovely my tan was. When I told her it was Clarins, she almost didn't believe me.
I really have to watch the sun because I am fair and have a family history of skin cancer. This gives me a great healthy look and with just a light application each day, lasts a long time.
People tell me I look wonderful these days and I have to give some of the credit to Clarins for making such a good product.

Well, it may not smell like chocolate (ignore those cocoa scented claims), but it goes on quickly, easily and isn't a weird shade of orange. I'm definitely a fan so far, but my only gripe? How to get it on the middle of my back?! Staining my boyfriend's hands orange once was fun, but I doubt he'll be so eager to help next time. . . .
A word of warning if you use this product on melty hot days - I did get a bit sticky behind the knees and in my elbow creases. Elbow creases? You know where I mean.

Unscrew lid and dip hand into yummy scrummy toffee looking goo. 'Delicious' indeed it's tempting to dip a finger in and licky licky. Actually, this is THE nicest self-tan ever, mainly because it has a slight colour tint so you can see where you are putting it, plus it's moisturising so you don't have to slather on any pre-goo. It absorbs quickly and doesn't smell like an old biscuit. End result, a pretty healthy honey colour. A far cry from good old George Hamilton, God bless him. (via clarins)

This looks good enough to eat, but it is a scrumptious treat for your skin instead. I'm always a little wary of self-tanning products, but this one is great - I like the fact that it is tinted, allowing you to easily see if you have even coverage. The tan appears in a few hours - mine legs haven't seen the sun this year, but they now look nicely bronzed. Not too dark, just the right amount. You do still need to be careful around knees and ankles (or dry areas that soak up a lot of the lotion) to prevent darker spots, but that's pretty easy to do since the cream goes on tinted.
I am particularly impressed with the deep moisturizing effect - my skin hasn't felt this smooth and soft in a long time.
I'll definitely buy this again.

There are many excuses not to waste away in the sun this summer - maybe you want to protect your skin from sun damage - or maybe you're just too busy at work. The good news - you can still achieve a great tan!
Tanning creams have evolved so much in the past few years that you needn't worry about turning out like a bright orange Paris Hilton clone. With a reliable concoction from a great brand like Clarins, your skin will turn a perfectly natural shade of bronze - without streaks, peeling, or wrinkles. They don't call it Delicious for nothing.
