Oooooh, and they come in pretty pastel colors. Don't settle for a white one! They make great gifts. Superior scooping ability, cute little rounds, heavy in the hand, ergo-grip, etc.

This ice cream scoop, scooper thing is da bomb. Literally.
Okay, so that sounded really dorky, but still. I know Zyliss is more famous for it's wine stopped and champagne stoppers/re-corkers? And I don't use those because I don't drink, but my parents love them and we always have a bunch.
But when I saw this ice cream scoop in my local grocery store I was kind of skeptical but trying it out the first time I was very impressed with it! It's cheap and does have a nice thumb grip and it does slide through hard ice cream leaving less time between me and a bowl of Rocky Road.
I got disappointed though when I saw the website and it has these scoopers in not only white but orange, pink, green, and blue as well. Cause I would have so bought the orange one.'
Did I also mention that this ice cream scoop was a RedDot Design winner in 2003.....not sure what that means, but it seems prestigious.
