For Fall 2009, Louis Vuitton introduces the Monogram Macassar collection, the first permanent Monogram line dedicated to men as seen from the Fall/Winter 2009 men’s runway show.

The line was inspired and named after the beautiful hazel-brown and black striped Macassar Ebony-a type of exotic wood used in making luxurious furnishings-the pairing of black matte leather with the iconic Monogram canvas evokes a sense of timelessness and elegance. Each piece from the line features a shiny palladium hardware, with a burgundy canvas lining that brings out the masculine side of the Monogram canvas.

The Monogram Macassar collection of luggage and city bags is available in nine striking pieces.
