Ok I have to admit, as much as Taylor Swift annoys me, this CD is really good. Fearless is my favorite song.

She is THE biggest country star for a reason. I would recommend this girl's songwriting and singing abilities to a complete stranger. No matter what style you like, she is the real thing. I found this AMAZING deal on Amazon. I have no idea how long this special is going to last for but right now you can buy Taylor's new album for $3.99! (via Amazon.com)

Although I may not agree with all the awards Miss Swift has gotten lately, nor do I think her music should necessarily be classified as country per se, I DO think she's a great artist, and just what teenage girls need. Her heartfelt lyrics always seem like they could've come straight from my teenage diary. Her song, "Fifteen" frequently makes me think of my sophomore-age sister, and her song, "The Best Day" makes me cry, thinking about my mother. The album has a "pop" feel to it...but however you classify it, it's an album worth getting.

Taylor Swift's sophomore album is a pleasant surprise and one of my favorite "new" country albums. Songs like "The Way I Loved You," "Love Story," "White Horse," and "Breathe," not only don't get old, but they show her versatility as a songwriter.
