If you travel a lot, this is perfect for still getting your workouts in while on the road. You can use them as two 16 inch dumbbells, each weighing up to 13 pounds. Or, you can put all 3 pieces together to make a 40 inch long bar, weight up to 33 pounds. You add weight by placing 1.5 pound slugs into the bars.
