Anyone can have a simple little playhouse. For the truly posh, this colonial plantation-style manor s the clear choice. You enter from the covered porch (door features a working doorbell and a brass knocker) into a large (approx. 8' x 14') room with a skylight, simulated fireplace and hardwood floors, and a loft. The loft leads out to a small balcony. All window open to let the summer breeze blow through.
