I hesitated in recommending this product because I wasn't sure about suggesting pricey high-end electronics from Urban Outfitters. But that's exactly why you're going to get the best price on this product at Urban; it's probably going to be substantially discounted in a matter of months as others hesitate for the same reason. Eton seems to have a good reputation and it's non-sale price is way better than that of a comparable Tivoli item (the only other company that makes attractive table radios). Furthermore, I bought some Japanese speaker globes from Urban and I absolutely love them. They sound sooo good, especially with my DVD player--WOW! For these reasons, I say don't overlook this Eton radio.

I need a good radio/alarm clock, especially one I can hook up to the old iPod and wake up to something other than the sweet sounds of FM static. Plus this one is just pretty to look at, too.
