Charlie Rose is probably the best TV interviewer working today, which is one reason he can attract the best guests from every field, despite having a show that is not mass marketed (you can usually find it late at night on your local PBS station).
If you're already a fan, or just want a good introduction to Charlie Rose, this DVD of his interview with Bill Gates, Melinda Gates, and Warren Buffet is a good choice. These three have created the world's richest philanthropic organization, and are doing some very interesting and important things to make sure that their money is put to good use.
