No, it doesn't have cheese in it or taste like cheese, but it has 25 times the amount of beta carotene as regular white cauliflower and a significant amount of Vitamin A. It also has that vivid orange coloring making it suitable for decorative dishes. Since it's a cool-growing crop it will bear in both the Spring and Fall. (via parkseed.com)
