If there is anything that is BEEP, it's astro turf. I've used it for so many things...parties, art displays, home decorating - you name it. It's everything that is so retro 1955 "better living through chemistry" Americana - and it makes me smile every time.

I bought this. And it's trash. It's cute for 10 minutes. You put it together (and get little cuts from trying to mash plastic together), and notice how 25% of the flowers aren't fully attached to the mat. Which is no big deal, there are tons. Then you stand on it. FREAKING OUCH! Then you put it outside to ward off dirt getting tracked in... And watch as it continues to break down into cheap looking garbage. Basically, it's super cute for a one time... thing. When you don't have to stand on it. Otherwise, it's paying $20 to have a doormat for 2 weeks before you guiltily throw it away, while wondering if it's recyclable and what you're going to use now that the painful-on-the-tootsies-with-the-smashed-green-and-falling-apart-flowers-mat is gone.
