For the 3 R's- REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE. I say this over and over again to my kids, my clients and my workout class participants. Whether you are a big corporation or a individual you can make a difference. I figured out a way to reduce my own use of plastic bags. We do not get bags at the market anymore. I bring my own and I use them over and over again. This small gesture is resulting in a smaller amount of waste from me. The market bags that I use are fun, bright, attractive French Striped Totes and they hold lots of groceries. These bags are strong go anywhere totes made of cotton canvas. Cute colors too. Keep them in your car so when you are at the market from now on say NO TO PLASTIC AND PAPER!
