I love my Wustolf's, and for some reason, I'm very attached to the classics, even though there are some really good new knives out there. It feels nice and heavy in you rhand, and the one piece metal construction makes it nice and sturdy (metal continues from blade down center of handle). If you have to decide between Henckels and Wustolf, I recommend Wustolf. (Also love magnetic knife bars. Best way to store knives.)

Krysti-Dave's recommendation
We want to upgrade our knives. Wustolf had been one of the most recommended knives by our friends. (via Kristine)
