I recommended a skirt and top by Savant that looked a lot like this, but here is the dress version by L.A. designer Brian Lichtenberg. I love this dress, I think it's obviously very striking and kind of a deconstructed spin on that bandage dress that has been popping up every where. I love the duct tape/car seat belt look, and I think that it hangs beautifully for being so sparse. Beautiful! This could be a little more out door appropriate with a tight tank dress underneath, in a neutral color. Wear a bright one for going out at night or a black one to match so that this piece only adds texture.
