These guys are awesome. If you aren't listening to them, you should be! Plus the extra bonus of going to their concert is just being amazed for a few hours to finally hear good music being played. Isaac Slade on the piano is enough alone for me, but all the guys as a whole is just plain AMAZING! Totally Grammy material!

Listening to the Fray makes me feel like I'm in college again... satisfyingly melodic, pop-y music with just a touch of ennui that makes me feel like there's homework I should be doing but just can't be bothered.
And I just learned that their double-platinum (fancy dancy) "How to Save a Life" album is the #1 digital album of all time. I believe Coldplay held that title previously (The Fray is a bit Coldplay-esque, I suppose). But I had to recommend it because word-of-mouth is what ThisNext is all about... and not in that creepy brand marketer "I'll pay all your friends to tell all their friends about my product" kind of way. More what I mean is that if something's actually good enough for pals to tell pals about it again and again then it must be legitimately great.
