Pai Gow tiles is an ancient Chinese game developed a few thousand years ago. Each player hand consists of 4 tiles. He/she must make a front hand of two tiles and a stronger back hand consisting also of two tiles. The object of the game is to beat the dealer's hand, both front and back. This game is extremely difficult to learn and can take years to achieve even moderate proficiency. The upside is that there's little dealer advantage, so if you can master this game (which I have) and learn optimal strategies, this is perhaps your best chance at leaving Vegas with some real good money.
