Has the best writing out there, and covers a wide range in the discipline- hardcore alpinism, sport routes, extreme aid climbing, bouldering in Font, and more. The editorial position is committed to a deep respect for and love of the history of climbing- issues have in depth coverage of individual mountains with fantastic histories, etc- people have compared it to classic British climbing journals from the 70s- it certainly has reinvigorated my own love for the sport- (via alpinist.com)
