Soft jersey fabric. Graphic print mini dress. Loose gatthered body, fitted at the hips. Gathered, ruched around the neck allows for a unique draping of the fabric. Can be worn on the shoulders, off the shoulder, or off bother shoulders. Comes with a matching belt to spice up the looke. This unique piece will definately turn heads.
