this might be my favorite movie from the 80s! there's nothing like seeing bill murray and dan aykroyd in a movie together. whatever comes out of bill murray's mouth makes me giggle. this movie is a quintessential movie from the 80s - it has definitely earned it's place in american pop culture. the special effects may not be up to date but man, does it deliver!

two words: freaking hilarious.

this is one of my favorite movies of all time. i never get sick of the characters, the romance and the silliness that it contains. this movie made me want to marry westley, learn how to fence and to never ever go near quicksand! andre the giant is soooo lovable in it and mandy patinkin is so suave and awesome. omg, everything about this movie is absolutely amazing. it also has amazing actors like billy crystal, peter cook, fred savage, and christopher guest in it. if you've never seen this movie, you have no idea what you are missing!!!

this is a classic john belushi film! john belushi was the fat man comedian before anyone ever heard of john candy or horatio sanz. it's also one of kevin bacon's first movies! unless you've been living under a rock, chances are you've seen this on t.v. but it's def worth it to own for all the dirty stuff they can't show!

i fell in love with this movie when i first saw it. i thought it was a movie that only girls would laugh at but my boyfriend loves it too! i think it's because tina fey (from snl) did such a brilliant job in creating this picture. it's hysterically funny but at the same time, i love that it has a message about women putting other women down and how it's not okay to do that! it's lindsay lohan's breakthrough role but the credit surely goes to rachel mcadams for being so unbelievably bitchy!

i don't know why but as soon as i saw this movie, i was addicted to it! my gay bff and i would watch this movie every weekend and we even memorized the dance that romy and michele do at the end! i thought that lisa kudrow was brazilliant in this movie and i always enjoy any movie that janeane garafalo is in. alan cumming also stars!

this is another lesser known movie that stars arrested development star david cross. this movie is wild and out of control and thats why i love it! i could watch it every day and never get sick of it, i swear! it's a parody of cops and all the crazy rednecks that have appeared on the show. david cross plays ronnie dobbs who gains fame by being on cops so much...absolutely freaking hilarious and features cameos from a lot of other comedians.

who DOESN'T love this movie??? it brings a tear to my eye whenever i watch it because i lament about the loss of chris farley. chris farley and david spade are one of the best comic duos EVER. this movie became an instant classic when it came out. "fat guy in a little coat!" chris farley could be doing virtually anything and i would laugh hysterically at it - the man was a comic genius. we miss you chris!!!

this is another one of my favorite movies that came out in 2006 and didn't get much recognition. its made by the same people that did super troopers and contains much of the original cast. it centers around two brothers who have to restore honor to their family name by participating in a beerfest in germany during oktoberfest. the beerfest is where you compete in games such as quarters, beer pong and beirut, etc. this movie is a must-have for anyone who has gone to college, drank a buttload of beer or if you've ever found the german accent amusing! it's very silly and doesn't take itself too seriously which is what i love about it!
