One of the least embarrassing aids is always a book and this one is chock-full of ideas and information about the female orgasm with a fun and friendly tone. Whether you're having amazing sex or still looking for that first time, this is a book to buy, give, and read together. I wouldn't really consider this a "serious" self-help or self-medicate book, rather a good read with interesting and helpful material. If my husband didn't buy me this book I'd probably consider buying it for him! ;)
