About this list:

I like wine. I like cheap wine. But even cheap wine isn't worth it if you end up pouring it down the drain.

Description

Bright, fruit-forward and food-friendly wine from a newish producer in Livermore Valley. Reminiscent of a New Zealand Marlborough sauvignon blanc with lots of bright citrus and a pronounced grapefruit note.

Sparkling wine in a pink can with its own detachable drink-box straw. Simultaneously classy and trashy. And it will mess you up good!

2006 Georges Duboeuf Beaujolais Nouveau

First to recommend

Description

It's raw, it's sweet, it's euphemistically fruit-forward. OK, it tastes like banana bubble gum. But it's a fun tradition, and it won't kill you to throw back a glass of beaujolais nouveau a year, even if it is Georges Duboeuf.
