Argington Dinosaur Organic Toddler Bedding
First to recommend
Description
The folks at Argington have rounded out their children’s furniture collection with new organic bedding, ranging in size from crib to toddler to twin. Now Argington groupies can get the complete Argington package for any age!
I would have to say that I am partial to the dinosaur bedding…I love dinosaurs! I know, not very “girly,” but who doesn’t like dinosaurs, really? I can’t think of a single person. (via design public)

Lucky Jade Raccoon Cotton Cashmere Blanket
First to recommend
Description
Baby times are upon us and Lucky Jade has just the right baby gift: cashmere/cotton blankets and apparel. I have a new nephew/niece on the way out so I am on the hunt for something new. I kind of have a feeling the little critter is a boy so I have nicknamed him Winston. Wouldn’t Winston look wise, witty, let alone wonderful in an Owl Coverall? Match his coverall with a Raccoon cotton/cashmere blanket and I think this sweet boy is set (for a few months at least!). (via Design Public)

Description
Julie Klear and Moulay Essakalli from Zid Zid Kids are absolute masters in fostering play, creativity and imagination. I see no need for a T.V. in your home if you have a Silver Riding Elephant, Animal Cushions galore, a Wall Panel to hold all of your favorite books, or any Mask and Cape set readily on hand for instant amusement. DwellStudio Wall Art Gio Giraffe in Aqua
First to recommend
Description
Have you had enough of all the new DwellStudio items? I don’t think so! DwellStudio has gone from covering your bed to covering your walls with their recently released wall art. If I let my creative juices go I’ll shower you with different ways these pieces could be arranged. How about a diptych of Gio Giraffe in Aqua and Petal, or a triptych of Jacks in all three colors, or a polyptych of Dots in Aqua and Lemon, or maybe a combination of all twelve pieces! (as seen here). I could go on, but I’ll spare you. (via design public)

Description
Julie Klear and Moulay Essakalli from Zid Zid Kids are masters in fostering play, creativity, and an absolute use of imagination. I see no need for a T.V. in your home if you have a Silver Riding Elephant, Animal Cushions galore, a “See the World Wall Panel” to hold all of your favorite books, or any Mask and Cape set readily on hand for instant amusement. I bought the Giraffe cushion for my niece and right away she pretended to take her new friend for walks or would dress it up with the pants from her dolls. An instant hit!

Flensted Mobiles Airplanes Mobile
First to recommend
Description
The Flensted Airplane Mobiles just conjured up some major childhood memories. The airplanes amongst a bright blue sky reminds me of lazy summer days, playing in the sprinklers with a slip ‘n slide on the side, eating popsicles, smelling the freshly cut neighbor’s lawn, and listening to the recreational planes up above from the local mini airport. Now, whenever I hear an airplane above me on a bright summer day, I think “Whoa! It is summer! Where is the closest slip ‘n slide?!” But, lo. It is only February and we have a few months ahead of us before Summer takes over.

Spot On Square Hiya Crib
First to recommend
Description
Bob and Nicole Springer of Spot on Square have succeeded in providing the next generation of designers (a.k.a. today’s wee ones) the perfect foundation to learn from. Their Hiya series and animal wall art are the essence of clean and simple without compromising quality, safety or the environment. It is more important now than ever for children to grow up in a serene environment, and Spot on Square is the perfect first step in creating that space. (via Design Public)

iglooplay Mod Rocker

Description
Lisa Albin of iglooplay sets the bar really high with her Mod Rocker. 1.) It totally rocks both in motion and visually. I absolutely love the aesthetics of it. 2.) iglooplay uses eco-friendly sourced North American hardwood veneers. 3.) It is made in the US of A. 4.) It can hold beyond 450 lbs so I can sit on it and it won’t collapse. 4.) It is up there as one of the greatest little modern rockers I have seen. I suppose the only thing I see as an issue with the rocker is that it is too small…I want one tall enough for myself! Kids are so lucky these days. (via Design Public)

Dwellbaby Animal Cushion - Robin Elephant
First to recommend
Description
Some animals are not well-shaped to become kids' toys. Something about, say, beetles and eagles just isn't right for conversion into children's items. The silhouettes are too complicated, or too regular, or too...something. Giraffes and elephants, though, and pigs, illustrate the kind of animal-outline whimsy that kids are often drawn to. Blow 'em up to 20 inches in the long direction and make cushions out of 'em with Dwell prints (in colorways of either pink, pear, and chocolate or chocolate, white, and pale blue), and suddenly you've got clean, comfortable, indoor-friendly versions of interesting outdoor animals. Your kids will want to hug them for years. (via Design Public)

Choe and Tomlinson Mustache Self Portrait Mirror
First to recommend

Description
Choe and Tomlinson have knocked another life goal off my list with the creation of their Self Portrait Mirrors. I have attempted to persuade numerous friends to grow either a mustache or a mullet and now I can fulfill my mustache dream without asking people to grow their hair. And I am not limited to mustaches, oh no! Antlers, pirate patch and parrot, pearl necklace, skull face, songbird on my shoulder, what possibilities! A great gift for someone who doesn’t like to commit to just one look, or for someone who already dresses like a pirate and needs to be weaned from their costume wearing ways. (via Design Public)
