Depraved Plate

Description

A great twist on the traditional delivery of a plate of Christmas cookies...

Trixiedelicious's Etsy shop has been one of my indulgences of late. I keep popping over and picking up a plate or two, some teacups.... the collection is growing. It's a fabulous hostess or birthday gift and would make a really unique holiday present for someone you know with a sense of humour. Think of making a gift basket with winter warm-ups and a tongue-in-cheek item or two from this shop. Sure to be a hit.

Belgian Chocolate-Covered Oreos

Description

These are so colorful it's hard to know whether to classify them as "decor" or "gift." So I'll say.... "Both." What a great hostess gift this holiday season!

Red Envelope always has one of the best very last-minute Christmas delivery shipping schedules, FYI. Keep that in mind if you forget someone on your list....

The Cheesecake Factory Online Store

First to recommend

Description

I started ordering these about ten years ago and still give myself little air kisses for thinking of it. First of all, they get where they're going FAST. So if you have an "Oops! I forgot a birthday!" moment, trust me. One visit to the online store here will get you creamy, delicious forgiveness delivered right to a doorstep overnight.

Secondly, if you're looking for a Christmas or hostess gift for the person who 'has it all,' well who ever has enough cheesecake? No one.

Finally, if you yourself are the hostess why add even more to the chaos by taking your hand out of the turkey's ass so that you can race around baking when you can order some fabulously delicious (think Carmel Apple Streusal, Cookie Dough and the most incredible of all, White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle!) cheescake a week ahead of time, pop it into the freezer and simply thaw it a few hours ahead of your guests' arrival? Just do it. You'll be hooked.

Cream Rose Bouquet by Martha Stewart

First to recommend

Description

White pumpkins were all the rage for Halloween so I'm going to guess that white roses will be part of the trend this holiday season...

I've ordered Martha Stewart's roses many, many times and I have to say this for the girl, she knows how to grow 'em. Or how to hire people who know how to grow 'em. They far and away outlast any other freshly cut flowers I've ever ordered.
