Cingular 8125

First to recommend

Description

OK... So I will wait for all the Treo user hate mail after I finish my post. I am an Ex-Treo user and damn proud of it! I got tired of the random resets, the horrible Microsoft compatibility and the "Ohhh you got one of those" comments.

I changed to the Cingular 8125 about three months ago and it was the best switch I have ever made. I can now actually review files created using Microsoft products and I now also have access to many more programs to help me waist more time than ever. Not to mention that Cingular has the best reception in New York.

The Cingular 8125 is a quad-band phone (GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz), Windows Mobile 5 (now with Push Mail), Integrated Bluetooth, Integrated 802.11b, Mini SD slot, a 1.3 mega-pixel camera and a 2.8" QVGA 320x240 color LCD touch screen. Did I mention it also has a sliding QWERTY keyboard and a 200 MHz processor?

My Treo now only goes to those places where I am afraid to lose the 8125. Treo, we had a great relationship, you made me a cool kid, but it's over...

Canon PowerShot SD500 Digital Elph Camera

Description

The Canon SD500 is my first "pocket" camera and I am truly impressed with it. Before the SD500, I used my Sony Mavica (MVC-CD500) which is actually very large but had all the features I wanted. The SD500 still allows for the user to manipulate a number of different settings to get the picture just right. In addition to the camera being "pocket" sized, it is also a 7.1 mega pixel camera which is truly amazing, along with a terrific video quality.

All in all, the SD500 has impressed me and has kept me more than satisfied with my purchase.

Grado SR80 Headphones

First to recommend

5 people recommended this item

Description

One of my newest purchases. I wanted a higher quality headphone for the times that I'm not running, skating or getting some freshies. The SR80 is hands down and feet in the air, one of the best sets of headphones I have purchased. Because of the different types of music I listen to, I gravitate heavily towards headphones that have a high quality bass range, and the SR80 has exactly that. The absolutely amazing thing.... The headphones cost just a hair under $100.

I am also very pleased with the aesthetics of the design. Nothing like old school style headphones.

First Headphone ever awarded a "GOLDEN NOTE AWARD" Presented by the Academy for the Advancement of High End Audio.

300 GB USB FireWire External Hard Drive - DiskGO 3.5" Portable Hard Drive

First to recommend

Description

Because of my massive music collection, I like to have it at my finger tips. The DiskGO! portable hard drive does just that. The drive is super quite and super fast. It has both USB 2.0 and Firewire compatibility. This is the perfect accessory for those that have massive music collections and a plethora of digital pictures.

Nike+ iPod Sport Kit

31 people recommended this item

Description

When I don't use my Garmin 405 outdoors, I use the Nike+ iPod Sport Kit on the treadmill. I've used this for over a year now and it's great for tracking mileage and speed. What makes this product worth it is the Nike+ community. You can challenge friends, set goals, view graphs, etc. One bit of a warning though: once the chip battery has run out of juice, you have to buy a new chip separately down the line.
