About this list:

So, so many shoes from which to choose. Yet, at the end of a hard, pavement-pounding week, nothing feels better than slipping into a great pair of sneaks. And, as 2008 is the 100th anniversary of Converse, I thought I would make a list of some outstanding sneakers as a sort of homage. Here's to you, Converse.

Believe it or not, I own a customized Zoo York skateboard with pink wheels. Yet, I do not yet have the right shoes for riding. (I know this because of the spectacular falls I've already taken.)
