Nowadays, flying is a lot different that it used to be. This is my list of essentials I always make sure to have before embarking on the tedious airport-airplane journey. Sure to make your coach seat seem a bit more bearable (crying babies sitting next to you excluded).

Sleep Ease Aromatherapy Sachets

Ok, so apparently you inhale the aromatherapy-ness from these pouches (2 in each package) and they naturally help calm and quiet your mind and ease you into sleep. Just make sure you're really concentrating on getting sleepy when you're using them. They're made from 100% organic essential valerian, lavendar, and hops essential oils. Stay away from those sleeping pills because they may screw up your sleep cycle altogether. The natural appraoch is always better, in my opinion.

Shaving Soap Paper

Description
Because the shaving cream you have at home probably doesn't pass carry on standards, this paper will go right through security and provide you with a rich lathery shave on the plane, in your hotel, or wherever you choose without having to go to 7-11. Just add water and it dissolves into shaving bliss. Good for men and women, and has a yummy citrus scent. Garsh I love paper soap.

These are way better than those pill towels because they're made from eco-friendly sustainable bamboo! Each disc is less than 2 inches in size, but when you add water they expand to 20" x 15 in". The biggest portable towel that I've seen yet. Keep it in your purse for on the go freshening up or for unexpected messes. Great for traveling and cleaning up mid flight!

Wow. These travel bottles are awesome and I can't believe I haven't seem them before. They have a wide mouth for easy filling, an "o-ring" seal to prevent leaks, and they rest upside down on your counter so that you can use all of the product. They also have a simple rotating icon system that helps you indicate what's in the bottle. They are made from silicone so they are super easy to squeeze, and they're carry-on approved. How wonderful.
