Description

A good cookbook for special occasions. Lots of the recipes have ingredients you might not use everyday, so I don't use this cookbook on a regular basis. But I go like it.

Description

This cookbook not only has great recipes, but they explain certain techniques, like how to make dried orange peel and rehydrate dried mushrooms. I haven't had a bad recipe in here yet. I also like that the ingredients in these recipes are fairly common, so I don't have to go to specialty grocery stores to find them. If they aren't common, they tell you what to substitute for it.

If you look at my recommendations, you will see that I'm a lush in love with wine. But all those bottles clutter up my fridge and take away valuable room usually reserved for cheese and soy milk. This enormous (and enormously expensive) wine fridge is tall enough to be used for extra counter space in the kitchen, and lets guests know that we're wine snobs. What's not to love?
