This amazing invention protects your culinary masterpieces from cooking too quickly on the bottom. I don't know how it works, but I can confirm that it works miracles... I left a batch of cookies in the oven much too long, and I'm sure they would have been totally blackened on the bottom if not for the Silpat liner.

I'm more of a conical burr grinder-girl, but if you're looking for a really personal coffee experience, I guess this should be what you're looking for. Cuddle this thing and it grinds your coffee -- it's powered by your heartbeats or something. Weird!
