I've got to admit, for something so useless this is pretty darn cool.

Snyper Watch

Description
For someone who doesn't own a watch I sure have a watch fetish. The Snyper Watch is being billed as the first "stealth recognition" timepiece. For six grand it had better be.

I don't wear a watch. Have not for years. My favorite watch was one I got from either McDonald's or Burger King. I can't remember who the cartoon character on it was but that damn thing worked perfectly for two years. Then I think I lost it. Now this is a watch I would wear. Sort of like wrist art with a decidedly steampunk-techno slant. Yeah I would wear this. If I could afford this. Why is the coolest stuff so expensive?

Jud Turner - Sculpture Gallery - "Tuberaria" - 2007

Description
Like some mutant fusion between an ocean creature like a stingray and some farm tractor tool used for digging up the soil, this sculpture by Jud Turner sort of sums up my world view.

I like tea as much as the next guy but you have to REALLY like tea to purchase this teapot...that or an uber-design fan. This version will run you $250 without tea. You can get a "cheaper" version for $50 less but if you're going to buy something like this, you might as well go whole hog.

Crystal Orbs - Orion's Belt
First to recommend
Description
this Crystal Orb is a masterful representation the three stars and nebula that make up Orion's Belt. Of interest is the fact that the 3 1/2” diameter hand-blown glass ball includes Mt. St. Helens ash.

The light in the arm rests are meant to exude a sense of calmness and "coolness", as though one were sitting atop an iceberg - minus freezing your butt off, of course.
